How different would your life be if your parents had the opportunity to heal from their emotional wounds? I don’t know about you, but for me, this would have changed everything! My family coaching practice addresses specific issues that affect the emotional and cultural well-being of the family—such as major life transitions and the individual and generational traumas that impact the entire family system. I focus on strengthening your values, practicing unconditional positive regard, communicating boundaries, and letting go of old ways of parenting that cause more harm than good.
